Cancellation Policy
Effective date: February 11, 2026
1. Cancel anytime
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support.
2. End-of-cycle access
After cancellation, your paid benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Your account then transitions to the Free plan unless otherwise agreed.
3. No prorated refunds
Partial-month or unused-period prorated refunds are not provided unless required by law or covered under our Refund Policy.
4. Failed payments
If payment fails and remains unresolved, access to paid features may be limited and the account may be moved to the Free plan after retry attempts.
5. Institutional contracts
For institution-wide or enterprise agreements, cancellation terms may be defined in the signed order form or master agreement.
