We process account details, institution details, uploaded assessment files, grading results, and limited service telemetry required for platform operation and support.

Data is processed to deliver grading workflows, improve performance and reliability, provide customer support, and comply with legal and contractual requirements.

We rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent (where applicable), and legal obligations depending on the processing context.
5. Security controls
We use access controls, encrypted transport, audit logging, and role-based restrictions. Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel.

We share data only with service providers needed to deliver the platform (for example cloud hosting and payment infrastructure), subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
