Refund Policy
Effective date: February 11, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid Cleverly subscription plans purchased through our checkout flow.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan has no subscription fee and is therefore not eligible for refunds.
3. First-time subscription refunds
First-time paid subscriptions may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge, provided usage remains below 10 graded tests on the paid plan during that period.
4. Renewal charges
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate transactions, proven technical billing errors, or where required by law.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@cleverly.co.za with your account email, payment reference, and reason for request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider immediately, and settlement timing depends on your issuing bank and payment channel.
